Doris Leung, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Since late 2007, Doris has experienced how her beloved mum’s disability and observed the potential market and social need of point-to-point transportation. She has taken more than three years to plan and explore the barrier-free taxi project. Based on her decade experience in TV reporting and program production and the human capital network, Doris has successfully connected the strategic partners and innovate the brand new taxi service, also demonstrate the innovative and quality aging care with barrier-free lifestyle.

Jim Ho Chief Operating Officer
Jim Ho has over 15 years of experience working with NGO, primarily managing social enterprise projects. These include vegetarian dining, organic farming, and skills training initiatives. In recent years, Jim has become increasingly aware of the social needs arising from an aging population and elder care services. He is dedicated to developing and exploring related projects and services. In 2023, Jim joined Diamond Cab, leading the Diamond Cab 2.0 project, proactively training new generation of Diamond Cab drivers, also promoting wheelchair transportation and leisure services for the elderly.

Josephine Liu, Administrative Officer
Josephine has valuable experience as a clerical officer and completed a Social Services Programme Assistant Training course at the Integrated Vocational Development Centre (IVDC) in Hong Kong. Soon after the completion of her training, she joined Diamond Cab. Josephine has experienced the lack of barrier-free transportation during her care taking for family member so she understands the need of wheelchair passengers. Her main duties are managing the cab fleet including the driver rents and administration work.

Leung Chi Ho Chester Finance and Accounting Officer
Mr. Leung joined the Diamond Cab in 2019. He graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a bachelor’s degree in Business. He is a member of both HKICPA and CPA Australia. Before joining Diamond Cab, Mr. Leung has many years of experience in auditing and accounting.

Mina Leung Senior Diamond Leisure Officer and Call Center Officer
Having worked as accountant and IT Department Officer, Mina has also worked for China Trade in late 80s. After retirement, she has been the coach in NGO teaching the elderly the computer and mobile phone application. In 2015, Mina came across to know about the Diamond Leisure program and works as Diamond Leisure Officer until now, her main duties are organizing the Diamond Leisure events and managing the Call Center customer service.

Daniel Lai Call Center Officer and Program Assistant
A recruitment ad on Facebook links up between Diamond Cab and me/Daniel as the working schedules 100% fills my spare time on weekdays. A retired banking staff becomes Call Center’s rare (Brother). I appreciate the idea of “Barrier free travel” of Diamond Cab and more than happy keep contributing to the society helping to spread their service to all walks of life.

Teri Wong Diamond Cab Driver and Program Officer
BBA Marketing. In 2021, I completed the “Special Love. Value-Added Program” professional taxi driver (Taxi Examination) basic certificate course and successfully obtained a taxi (6th license) driving license. In 2022, She proactively applied to become a Diamond Cab driver. After undergoing rigorous apprenticeship training, I eventually became a Diamond Cab driver, primarily serving wheelchair passengers during night shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Currently, she drives Hong Kong’s first 1+5 Hybrid Diamond Cab. In addition, she is also keen to participate in market promotion and expand the diversified development of Diamond Cab.

Leo Ng
While most of his friend is fighting for a position in their professional field, Leo chose to start his career in rapidly developing social enterprises. He used to be an Senior Manager at Social Ventures Hong Kong. He has a Bachelor degree of Information Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.

Keith Chan
Keith gradutaed from The University of Hong Kong with dual-degrees in business and laws. He a true believer in sustainable social changes brought by social enterprises.

Carrie Tan
Carrie is a seasoned communications professional and versatile leader with extensive experience in branding, communications, and organizing large-scale corporate and community events. Her career spans both the public and private sectors, including work with locally and internationally listed companies and conglomerates. Driven by a passion for social change, Carrie has collaborated with charitable and non-profit organizations, statutory bodies, and other entities within the city to make a positive impact on the community. She has been a dedicated volunteer with Diamond Cab since 2012.
